Conservation instructions
Save the jars in a cool , dry place away from heat sources ; once opened, keep it refrigerated (0-4 °C) and eat rapidly . The addition of oil can only protect from air oxidation and from mold but it doesn’t represent a guarantee for the preservation of the product.

"Ciociara" pot pie – Place a pastry sheet into a buttered baking dish with a sprinkle of white four. Fill the pastry sheet with a mix of whole eggs, cream, bacon, pecorino cheese and our artichoke cream. Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes and serve hot as an appetizer or side dish
